The Guam-based MAX 8 jets will also have a unique seating configuration to accommodate medical stretchers if needed and will eventually be equipped with Starlink Wi-Fi. Advanced In-Flight Wi-Fi

United Airlines is accelerating its rollout of Starlink Wi-Fi, having secured FAA approval to install the satellite internet service on its Boeing 737-800 fleet. The first mainline flight with Starlink is scheduled for October 15 from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). This high-speed, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available to all MileagePlus members across the airline’s fleet, significantly enhancing the in-flight experience.

Return to Greenland

Following a successful inaugural season, United Airlines has announced it will resume its unique nonstop service to Nuuk, Greenland, for a second summer in 2026. This route, which was the first regularly scheduled U.S.-Greenland service in nearly two decades, offers travelers an adventurous and off-the-beaten-path destination.
