United Polaris Lounge Houston

The United Polaris Lounge at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) offers a luxurious pre-flight experience for eligible international travelers. Located in Terminal E near Gate E12, the lounge operates daily from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ​

Spanning 12,528 square feet, the lounge accommodates up to 191 guests with diverse seating options, including individual workstations and semi-private chairs. Travelers can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, five private shower suites equipped with Saks Fifth Avenue towels and Cowshed Spa products, and two daybeds for rest. ​

The lounge features a self-serve buffet and “The Dining Room,” an à la carte restaurant offering dishes like the Polaris Signature Burger and pulled pork carnitas. A standout dessert is the warm chocolate chip skillet cookie with vanilla ice cream. The bar offers specialty cocktails, such as the “Not My First Rodeo” Old Fashioned, and a selection of wines, including real Champagne. ​

Access is exclusive to passengers flying United Polaris business class on long-haul international flights, as well as select Star Alliance business and first class travelers. Elite statuses like United MileagePlus Premier do not grant entry. ​The lounge does not permit guests unless specified by the access policy. ​
