The United Polaris Lounge at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) offers a refined pre-flight experience for eligible travelers. Located in Terminal 7 between Gates 73 and 75A, the lounge operates daily from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. ​

The lounge spans approximately 12,000 square feet and accommodates 140 guests. Its contemporary design features soft shades of blue and gray, creating an elegant and calming atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide ample natural light and panoramic views of the tarmac, enhancing the overall ambiance. ​

Guests can choose from various seating options, including plush couches, individual workstations equipped with power outlets and USB ports, and semi-private chairs. The lounge offers six shower suites, each stocked with Saks Fifth Avenue towels and Cowshed Spa products, allowing travelers to refresh before their flights. Additionally, there are two private nap rooms furnished with daybeds, blankets, and pillows for those seeking rest. ​

Dining and Beverages: A standout feature is “The Dining Room,” an à la carte restaurant offering table service. The menu includes the Polaris Signature Burger, fish and chips, and a lentil curry. For dessert, options like the chocolate chip skillet cookie and blackberry cobbler are available. The bar serves a selection of specialty cocktails, wines, and premium spirits. ​

Access is exclusive to passengers traveling in United Polaris business class on long-haul international flights, as well as those in international first or business class on Star Alliance partner airlines departing from LAX. United Polaris business class passengers do not have guest privileges, while international first-class travelers on Star Alliance partners may bring one guest. ​
